The kic-2.2f binary release for Windows is now available.  The release file
kic-2.2f-ntexe.tar.gz contains newer versions of the dll's that were previously
released in xdlls.tgz.

DO NOT install xdlls.tgz after installing kic-2.2f-ntexe.tgz.

The xdlls.tgz file will be removed, along with kic-2.2d-ntexe.tgz, as soon
as the kic-2.2f-ntexe.tgz release is qualified.
(note added:  these are long gone)


This release requires a pc X-server, unlike the newer native-mode
Windows release (kic-2.3)

This is guaranteed to work on Windows NT only.  It probably won't work
on Windows 95.
